Make time to look your best.

It’s true, if you make an effort, you can feel great.  Give yourself permission to make time to make an effort now.

Smile and make eye contact.

Stand tall and proud.

When you are feeling anxious, you tend to let our head and shoulders slouch.  If you want to be more confident, one easy step is to stand more confidently.

Find the joy in each new day.

It’s easy to lose sight of all the things you are doing right in your life.  Make a list of all the things that you are grateful for.

Believe that you can!
