Quite often when someone comes in to see us, and they are usually not sure what they want from therapy it is often a good start to ask..’What do you want?  You see, when you can identify where you want to be in your life, then it is the first step in starting to move towards your goals in life. Sometimes people will say what they do not want in life, but then your subconscious mind doesn’t understand negation when things are expressed that way and this only serves to confuse and can then cause more frustration.
